Presented here is a list of the benefits available to eligible full time regular employees of PTC Therapeutics.
- Health Insurance: PTC Therapeutics provides a comprehensive Health Plan that includes Medical and
Dental coverage. Employees contribute a portion towards the Medical and Dental premiums through
pre-tax payroll deductions. Eligibility for all Health Plans is immediate.
- Income Protection: PTC Therapeutics provides a set of comprehensive Income protection benefits including
Short Term Disability (STD)/Long Term Disability (LTD)/LIFE/Accidental Death &Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance.
Eligibility for all income protection plans is immediate.
- Flexible Spending Accounts: PTC Therapeutics also provides a vehicle for tax savings under the Section 125 Plan, which
includes Health Care and Dependent Care Expense Accounts. Eligibility is immediate.
- Fidelity 401(k) Plan: PTC's Fidelity 401(k) Plan is available for every employee, and provides many investment
options, excellent customer service, and tools to manage your retirement account.
- Time-Off Policy: PTC provides a comprehensive Time-Off Policy. PTC offers 10 paid holidays per year, and two personal
days that can be used at the employee's discretion. In addition, for the first seven years of employment, you accrue 3
weeks of vacation a year.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): All PTC Therapeutics employees and their family members may access the confidential
Health Resources EAP.
- Tuition Reimbursement: PTC provides financial support for employees attending courses that support their
work at PTC. All employees are immediately eligible.
