Linda Montella-Carter joined PTC in 2017 with a focus on developing and implementing global technology solutions that align with business objectives, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. As the Chief Information Officer, Linda’s leadership and forward-looking vision have enabled PTC to meaningfully expand its technological capabilities through the strategic planning and implementation of a robust enterprise systems architecture including the data lake, ERP, AI, analytics, collaboration tools, cyber security, and various scientific platforms. Linda has over 27 years of experience in pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments, and prior to joining PTC, served as a management consultant at Merck & Co., Inc. where she led two transformational initiatives for the Manufacturing Division. Before Merck, Linda held roles of increasing responsibility at International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) and Pfizer, Inc.

Linda earned her Master of Business Administration from Seton Hall University and most recently, she earned the Executive Development Program certificate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Linda is also an active committee member of BioNJ Women in Stem. Driven by helping others in need, ensuring that all have access to technology, Linda runs a laptop donation program, which donates laptops to communities across the globe – specifically focusing on women’s organizations, behavioral health organizations, and educational institutions.
